My philosophy on Life Coaching & Guiding

My philosophy on spiritual life coaching is unique. There is a distinction between Coaching and Guiding.

Coaching implies there is someone with greater knowledge or wisdom who is helping someone by providing advice or feedback. This is appropriate in certain situations where the client is requesting this specifically.

Guiding involves facilitating a process that will allow the client to realize or discover their own inner wisdom. All of us carry wisdom within, so a guide’s job is to help people access and manifest that inner wisdom by creating a strong enough container for their medicine to come forth. This is what shamans and elders have done for thousands of years.

Guidance For You & Finding Your Path

I am informed through my life experience, my natural ability to connect on a deep level, and my commitment to compassion.  Our trust is built on the relationship over time.   Authenticity involves drawing from your deepest essence so that the uniqueness of your soul can be brought to life.  My task as a guide is to be a chalice from which you shall drink of your own living water, from the well of your own sacred source.  

We will explore the questions that lead to that source.  Where does your passion come from?  Who are you at the center of the image you were born with?   If you can cultivate a sense of inner belonging you will always be at peace, no matter what your external circumstances.  Your sacred dance sparks your greatest fulfillment and invites your truest service to the world.  Let the beauty you love be what you do!
